5. Domain Services

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registry rules and third-party providers. Ducehost is not responsible for loss of domains due to expired registrations.

  • For non-payment

  • To comply with legal obligations

7. Backups and Data Loss

While we may provide backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of data. Ducehost is not liable for data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ducehost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ducehost harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
